I enjoyed my time here while attending a wedding. The room was spacious and quiet, which was nice given how busy it was. The friendly staff made sure we felt welcome. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the sausages. I could appreciate the well-kept gardens that added to the setting. I don't often stay for hotel meals, but everything was satisfactory.
The water situation left something to be desired, as we weren't given any for our second night. It seemed like a small cost-saving measure that affected our stay. The parking was somewhat limited due to a nearby event.

We had a lovely three-night stay where we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and relaxing walks in the beautiful gardens. The grounds were perfect for unwinding, with cozy seating areas to soak up the peaceful atmosphere. One little hiccup was that breakfast can get busy, so maybe arrive early to avoid the rush! 😊

Friendly staff and comfy stay!
We had a fun trip with our dog! The staff were super nice and even gave us a dog bed and bowls. The restaurant was great, and we really enjoyed dinner there. our room was a bit underwhelming for a suite—no comfy seating, just a couple of hard chairs. still a good experience!

Amazing Stay with Friendly Staff
I had a wonderful experience, with a clean and comfortable room that came with great amenities like tea and hot chocolate. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic buffet with plenty of choices and attentive staff, especially Louie who was exceptional. The older lady at reception also provided remarkable assistance during my stay. Just a suggestion, it would be great to upgrade the toilet paper for a more comfortable experience.

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed our stay and checked out nearby attractions. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were helpful, making our time relaxing. Plus, there was a family wedding happening that added a lovely vibe to the place. Just a heads up , the bathroom floors can get slippery when wet, so be careful.
During our visit, I noticed the afternoon tea service at Oscars was disappointing with poor-quality sandwiches. It felt a bit chaotic, which wasn't what I'd hoped for.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We loved exploring the nearby Chester Zoo and a lovely walk in the scenic countryside. The breakfast was great. they had plenty of options, and the staff was super friendly. Just a heads-up—the wi-fi was a bit slow during our stay, but overall, it was a fun and relaxing time. I highly recommend checking it out!
The layout of the hotel was confusing, making it hard to navigate, which added to our check-in time.
